As I posted in Forum Issues, highlighting is lame. It's hard on the eyes no matter what fricking color it is.

You only got green highlighting if you highlighted something before zuni changed the color to yellow. I support clear highlighitng 🙂

Cant' say that I like the Yellow. I think the green is much more friendly to the eyes.
