#1 Too many pictures. All I see are happy people, which pisses me off.
#2 Colors are weird and the right side is just begging to be filled with more info.
#3 I like this one, but it's too dark. I get tired just looking at it.
#4 <-- My pick. The globe takes up a little to much room, but otherwise, great colors and outstanding information on the front page.

Anyway, I'd still choose #1. #3 is nice, but the menu shouldn't be that far down the page.

3 or 5, both of them are much MUCH better than the others, MUCH better colors, 3 is more simplified, 5 is slightly more eye catching, but it depends which one you want, both work VERY well.

Thanks for the comment mike.. i really like 5. i'm probably going to go with that designer. He said that he will change the picture, improve the logo.. and fix the font a bit. He's going to put flash into the top menu bar too. So that when you hover your mouse over each button, they will change colors.

3, 4, or 5. I like 3 the most.

In number 3 and 5, the pictures on top are too large, imo. And in number 5 it has an entire section (under the picture of smiling people) that is all in caps. It kinda makes it hard to read and my internet-mentality feels that it's yelling at me

And yeah, those all look like templates.
