i admit it... i'm a warez user. But i'm not addicted. The only programs i use 99% of the time is winamp and IE... photoshop, audiocatylst, soundforge, norton utilities once a week. oh, i got this copy of win2k for free though... and office2k too... but i'm willing to buy winxp (maybe office xp too, edu. discount) .. as well as games, and any program i actually USE (not just once a week).

i agree w/ crabappble completely, see, if you were using photoshop for heavy design work day in and day out, you'd prob. feel you should buy it too.

here's a suggestion: dload the shareware/demo version of a software, then get a crack for it.

Sometimes the demos are limitations.

I've been having some fun with morpheus, but I don't really use anything I download. I just check stuff out and delete it. I buy what I really use. I've got mp3s I've listened to maybe once.
