I always had them towards the front when I was a kid but then I changed and have them towards the back now.

I don't know about you, but when I would be playing basketball or something and am tired and out of breath, sometimes I put my hands on my hips while i get my breath back ... thumbs facing back of course.

I always knew there was something odd about the way my wife put her hands on her hips...this is it.

How funny, it never really occured to me to see how she situated her thumbs.
