KACHING, that's what i thought. I used to use one when i was somewhere around the age of 7. It was "fun."

Of course I use one! Sure I might be the only one in my dorm's hall who uses a loofa but I'm the cleanest one by far!
I alternate between the two. Most of the time I run out of the liquid too quick. I also like to replace the poufs too quickly.

puff balls are a breeding place for fungus - the puff stays moist, the fungus loves it - if you want to be scrubbing yourself with a infected piece of wet goo - go ahead and use a puff ball.
loofa and sponge - don't know if they contain any natural ingredients that inhibit fungus growth - but i doubt it -
generally speaking - not a good idea to keep any item moist and warm - remember that old school experiment with the piece of bread - got all funky (moldy) - that's your puff/spong/loofa after a while.

loofa? hell I don't even use shampoo. why the hell would I wanna use loofa. it's so much easier to use a bar of soap.
I use a loofa-sponge-thingy on the bottoms of my feet to scrub off that thick callus build-up on the ball and heel of my feet. Feels good and works great, although it takes a few weeks to put a dent in a really thickened callus. I don't know if its a loofa or sponge or what, looks like someone hacked it right off the bottom of the ocean, sea sponge or something.
Come on, if you want to get scrubbed clean use Lava Soap. If you scrub hard enough you can take the grease, grime and skin right off.
