I surprised myself by not giving SNL an honorable mention but I haven't watched the show since the 80s. I guess I'm not the demographic anymore ...

Couldn't even crack a smile. humor just doesn't register.
For me, Chappelle's Show for sure. 99% consistently hilarious. SNL has had some funny moments but not nearly as consistent as Chappelle's; the others I don't really have any experience watching.

It was groundbreaking TV when it first came out in '75 and there was a lot of talent, both on the acting and writing side, it's been hit or miss, mostly miss since the early years, sadly NBC lock's up old SNL material like fort Knox and generations will never know the genius of John Belushi..
