my parent's house has wireless b, but our apartment is going to have wireless g.

both computers are in the same room and right next to the router (thus are wired in), but wireless is great for things like our laptops, x-box, and ps2.
 
had B for over a year now, its awesome! now we upgraded to a microsoft G router and its even better! and today at Fry's i bought a whole slew of Netgear G stuff(Router, PCI card, PCMCIA card, USB card) for free after rebates
 
I recently replaced a d-link di-624 super g router, with a pair of buffalo tech wbr-54g routers. D-link is going to my sister who only has a b laptop and will be getting cable internet soon. I got the buffalos so I could use WDS to bridge the two routers so I could hook up my xbox + future tv toys (ps2/replaytv) to the internet via the WDS bridge.
