I like both. I haven't driven a 300 but even though I have read it handles very well for its size, I seriously doubt it can match the G35 which is one of the best-handling sedans I've ever driven. The 300C would probably be faster in a straight line, though, and it's roomier (although the G35 is fairly roomy for its size).
I like the exterior styling of both. The 300 is very distinctive but you have to remember this is an American car so we will likely be seeing hundreds of thousands of 300s and Magnums on the road soon.
Deciding factors for me if I were buying new: the Infiniti would have the edge in dealer service, resale (almost certainly), and expected reliability (since the 300 rides on an all-new platform), so the G35 would be my choice.
