After playing both, I have to say Forza is too arcadish, while GT4 seems and feels more real.

i owned both up until the time i got rid of my xbox.

+for forza=damage models,more forgiving controls,cheaper upgrades.
+for gt4+better overall gfx, more refined interface(imo),more meat to the game in general.

GT4 has a better feel to it, especially with the Driving Force PRO. Forza is nice with its online though...I gave the nod to GT4.

This poll is stupid as most people really haven't played both and will vote regardless as they cannot control their Sony fanboism or IhateMicrosoft bandwagonjumpism.

Well I hate driving sims because they're boring, tedious and they suck. If I want to feel "real" driving I'll go get in my car and drive somewhere.

Now, games where you drive a car armed to the teeth and you can run pedestrians down in hordes...those are fun driving games ;)

i know what your saying Dragon, i don't like playing GT4 in accord or some civic...but I do LOVE driving around in a M3 GTR, or McLaren F1. Driving sims allow me to drive cars that I will never be able to drive under normal circumstances.

I've played both and (imho) Forza wins because of online play and damage models.

GT4 really blew it by dropping online play.

Damn skippy! Somone needs to take the time and remake the original Carmageddon. That was an awesome game!

Try burnout 3 online for x-box. Greatest racing game ever.

There was a series of games a while ago that had somewhat realistiv driving models, but you drove old musclecars with various guns/rocket launchers strapped to them.

It wasn't that realistic but it wasn't twisted metalish, either. The driving was believable, even the weapons were reasonable. I'd love to see a modern version of that.

GT4 with the DFP is better than Forza for SP, but I have to choose Forza overall because of the online aspect.
