* Listerine type antiseptic mouthwash = Use AFTER brushing

before to break up plack and what not. I'm also told that listerene will dry out your mouth, causing more bacteria to grow than would otherwise. For this reason I brush afterwords to restore some of the moisture lost due to the alcohol in the listerene.

That is one of the reasons I went to a alcohol-free mouthwash

umm who the hell voted after?

you know that the mouthwash breaks up plaque and all of that so using it afterwards makes it not wash away if you missed any spots.

floss -> mouthwash -> brush.

Definitely after. It's like washing your car. You wash it with the soap and a sponge, and then you gotta rinse all that dirt off. Brushing loosens all the crap, but you need the mouthwash to really rinse it aht.
