I usually swoop in and snipe at the end, but if the price is right I will do Buy It Now.

I can tell you that I sell everything with a Buy It Now price and it is almost always purchased within 24 hours.

I hated e-bay before I started using their site.

I always felt like I was bidding against the person selling the item.

 
I sell for the most part with bid start at the price I'd be willing to take at the minimum and Buy It Now at the lowest price I'd take and still feel that I ripped the guy off. In every completed auction I've ever had except one, I've always gotten my BIN price. :beer:

When I do buy... I buy items so cheap that the BIN is often the same or only a buck higher than bid, so I just do whtever's best.
 
Usually the BIN price is around what I would normaly want to pay. But if there have been bids already, I will wait and snipe at the end. I used to not do that, but I get tired of it happening to me, so I am getting even 😉
