Could someone (anyone!) define African American for me??

Also, the thread title asks for Ethnicity.
Do you want a race, or an ethnic background?

Asian?
Is someone from Murmansk that similar to a Filipino, an Indian, a Chinese, a Malasian and a Japanese?

Real-Life-Dictionary:

African American: (Adj)1. the offspring of those native africans (with flat-feet or health problems) that could not run fast enough, away from the coastlines when the white salve traders arrived.

Anand Tech: (review)

African American: Spec: stability at higy rap-music fsb frequencies. Main chipset aroung harlem, Big dicks:), best dancers, high oc capabilities (e.g. Atletics, Boxing, Dope etc.)

P./S: I'm Black (well atleast half black) so don't even get the idea that I'm racist. This is supposed to be funny, if it isn't then just forget it)

Native American ie born in the US(not to be confused with American Indian). My parents were also native Americans but we did have ancestors that migrated here from european countries. Oddly enough if I could go far enough back they no doubt migrated to the european countries from somewhere as well.

Just a note, the word 'Caucasian', derived from 'Caucasoid', can have multiple meanings (as can Asian, and African, etc.). For example, some East Indian & Pakistani etc. are considered not only Asian, but technicially Caucasian depending on their ethnic roots. Or another example, North Africans often are actually Caucasoid, in contrast to Sub-Saharan Africans.

Classically, there are 3 main groups (with somewhat controversial names).

Caucasoid
Mongoloid
Negroid
