Who placed an order this past weekend has gotten a confirmation e-mail from E Toys? My order placed on 1/12 still says pending. I'm on hold with them still waiting to talk to a person (been holding for 45 min now). Just wondering and a little worried about this order and E Toys too.

Update:

Well, I've been on hold for 1 hour and 5 min and still no CSR. WOW, just got a CSR as I was typing this. They say that all orders placed will be shipped and since they're taking so long to catch up, that they will upgrade shipping to get it to you in the required time for free. Ok, I feel a little better now. 🙂
 
placed 4 orders on 1/11, all shipped from Southen California location (probably in Santa Monica)

btw, eToys has a regional warehouse in virginia too. these packages are being sent parcel post, so where it is originating is important 🙂
 
An aside on eToys: they just raised the prices of nearly everything
that was available at a deep discount. Now most of the 80% off
is 20-50% off.

placed 2 orders, one on the 12th, one on the 13th,
I got order confirmation emails the day I ordered,
but neither of which have been confirmed for delivery.
 
My two orders have e-mailed confirmation, 1/12 jam tablet, and 1/13 Quake 3 tin box .... yahooooooo. Not here yet though.

I still had some stuff in my shopping cart from the other day, everything has really jumped in price, some items are double what they were a few days ago :Q
 
I placed one big order (24 items) a week ago. Received confirmation, and TRACK ORDER showed the break down into 4 shipments. As of today (Tuesday) it shows 2 boxes have shipped with only 2 items in each. It's obviously gonna take more than 4 boxes the way they are shipping my items and they are charging me extreme shipping amounts on each. I'm hoping that they will stop charging me shipping once the original invoice fees have been met. I live about 30 minutes from their main office but yet my order shows it's coming from Virginia via USPS Parcel Post...so the earlier post about free upgrade on shipping didn't hit my order. Do you need to call them to get this??
 
Well, mine still says "In Process". When I talked to the CSR at around 8:30pm PST she said it was sent to be packed and shipped 3 hours before (5:30pm). Still no shipping info yet. 🙂

Part of my order placed Saturday has shipped. Received an email yesterday that said the other portion of the order is still being processed. hmmmm.....

You guys are lucky. I ordered the Toy Story 2 pack for 15 bucks on Dec. 27, 2000 and just LAST WEEK I got a confirmation that they were shipped but still no tracking number...🙁
 
I just checked my ordered status and still nothing yet. And they jacked up all their prices too. I just hope all my orders shipped ok.
 
I placed three different orders. When I placed my first order I had screwed up & neglected to order a battery for one of the radio controlled cars. I called eToys within one hour of making the purchase & asked if they could modify my order to include a battery. They told me Nooooooooooo....... your order is moving right along very quickly & that would be impossible to do. I just got the following in the mail...
