Is anyone else sick of this phrase yet? Whenever someone mentions something about Dell, there seems to be a need to incorporate this phrase. I guess it means their ad campaign was effective. However, I don't think people realize how quickly it got real old 😛
 
I think some of his commercials are funny. Seems Dell now has commercials without him though. I want Steve back!!!

Yeah...the ad campaign is over. It's funny because I was talking with that guy's third cousin last night at Applebee's. She said that he really is that annoying in REAL life and that the only thing he's ever said to her is, "Can I score some beer?" The funny thing is that she also told me that most of her family doesn't like him....

She mentioned something else that I don't know much about.....she said the Actors Guild was going on strike and he broke the strike when he did those commercials so he may be in trouble... :Q
 
From an advertising perspective I would think it is a great success. I have seen a lot of clever ad campaigns where I could not name if asked the product that was being sold. It certainly has their name out there with a much wider range of people than just the tech market.
