Is a guy a stalker if he goes to the front desk of the droms here and asks for the phone number of this girl he just met at some event (and btw, he's possibly interested in her). Thanks. =)

More info: He got her e-mail address, but gave some lame-ass excuse or something, needed it to be more "personal" and doesn't see her usually, so he couldn't ask her and therefore asked the front desk for it, and he hasn't asked her for the phone before...but I think she would've given it to him anyway.
