I have one on my chieftec case but I can't really get it with my finger, the button is to small so I just use the power button.

I have one, but neither Windows XP nor Debian crashes very much, so I really never use it.

Very rarely. It gets the most use when I'm pushing limits with clock settings.

its rarely used, its also hard to use because you need a pen or something small to push the button.

I can't recall a time when my computer froze when using Windows XP... I'm sure it has once or twice, but I don't think I've ever had to reboot with the reset switch, normally Windows XP can shut down the fubar'd app. and I can just restart the computer from within Windows.

I don't use it often, but I do like having one. I hate it when I need to just do a real quick reset, like to interrupt something specific on the PC, or just to save a little time, over holding down the power button for 4 seconds if it needs to get a forced shutdown. The button must only add maybe 25-50 cents for them to add in. I could afford to pay that.

I can't remember if I've ever used the reset buttons on any of my systems. WinXP never screws up bad enough to need to reset it.

That's so you don't accidentally bump it and reset your system before you saved your 200 page thesis :p

Yes, we definetly use it on our gaming machine. When the keyboard freezes, I reach for my trusty pen and press the reset button.

Even when XP locks up (like an application freezes, but XP still is semi-responsive), I press the power button and let it shut down nicely. I've never (knock on wood) had a complete hard lock (where the mouse freezes, numlock light freezes (doesnt turn on/off) etc) in WinXP, even when I had unstable o/cs.

I have two (one per PC). I don't use either very often. In fact I think one hasn't been used since I assembled the PC. The other maybe once.
