Currently running a pair of 17" monitors. When I get my new rig I'll be running one Dell 18.1" (1801FP) LCD and one 17" CRT monitor. Basically I have all the little stuff (Trillian, Winamp, and other small programs) on the secondary monitor and fullscreen word processors, Access, Mozilla, etc on the primary.

windows already does some stuff automatically, like when you double click on a picture, it opens up on the 2nd

At work I have dual Dell 18.1" Ultra Sharp flat panels, and I love em! :D

At home I have dual 17" crt's, not as good as work, but good enough to ease my withdrawls ;)

I use two computers. I have a k6 350 with my cable internet going into it hooked into a switch to distibute the internet to my main computer and my friends computer. I just built it 5 minutes ago and am setting it up on my main computers second monitor. Its cool. Two computers, two monitors, 1 keyboard and mouse.

Yes

I like it when watching a ball game on TV with Gametracker on one monitor and a related forum on the other.

It's also great for Photoshop or Premiere. Vid/pic on one monitor and tools on the other.

Yes vote here.

I have 19" LCD on a AGP card and color calibrated 17" CRT on a PCI card. I'll be upgrading my AGP soon to do it the right way. But it helps me with color corrections and multi-tasking with like ZOXXO said, Photoshop and Premier
