Poll: do you use a "loofa" in the shower?

I'm not sure if that's the correct spelling, or even the right word.

It's that circular shaped "sponge" that you can use to wash your body.

Personally, I only use bar soap.
 
You need to buy a body wash, it foams a lot easier than soap. You're supposed to use the loofa thing to scrub yourself I think. It kinda gets rid of dead skin supposedly. I cant bothered hehe.

ok, body wash, not gonna happen, loofa not gonna happen, conditioner not gonna happen, heck wash cloth not gonna happen.

The bar of soap against my body is good enough for me.
 
I think its a heckuva lot easier than a washcloth or just a bar of soap. I can successfully take a shower in 7 minutes instead of 10 now!
 
I do. <commercial>It's an excellent way to exfoliate... make sure you moisturize afterwards for soft, silky skin! </end of commercial> Hehehe... 🙂
 
I used to just use bar soap.
Those bath foam and sponge works like a charm.
I feel so much cleaner feeling that scrub.
 
I'd have to disagree. I have used one for a while now, and I would NEVER go back!

They are really good for your skin, as they exfoliate it (scrub off dead cells) unlike a bar of soap.

As for the comments that a real man wouldn't use one, well..., thats up to you. I use a lot of crap that people wouldn't consider manly. But you know what? It works, and I look good for it. :Q
 
i use a bar soap too. I used to use this &quot;loofa&quot; a while back, it was nice, but i dont anymore. 🙂

And yes, I use one simply because visgf uses them and they are more functional than washcloths 🙂
 
shower poof. Ever since moved in with gf, the bar of soap has been long gone. I use whatever i reach for in the morning. all the chick stuff is really good for your skin, i didn't realize how nasty bar soap was..
 
I too use the loofa---i definitely feel cleaner after using the loofa than i did with just bar soap...and i'm not hung up on whether or not it's manly...it's just more functional...
 
i just got a loofa... remove dead skin...

i've been using one of those poofs for years (no, not the same poof)
