Poll: Do you type in the www before the URL in the address bar

I don't type "www", but some sites don't otherwise resolve to an IP address... grr, how annoying!

...and in Mozilla you just type Microsoft and enter--it goes there w/o the Ctrl+Enter that IE uses.
Does Netscape still do that too?

I use IE 5.5 and that feature doesn't work, and I'm sure it used to.
Anybody have any idea what's wrong?

Netscape is Mozilla.

BTW, the Ctrl+Enter dosn't work for me in IE6
