In a reserved sense, it allows you perform self-assesment and processes-analysis, sort of like a ruleset that can interject.
It requires consentration and can easily leave one confused when interrupted during one of these sessions. Overall, efficiency and proficciency provide mroe expited and accurate responses than second-guessing yourself.
In my head, I often tell myself stories about what happened that day, that way I'm prepared if I have to tell the story again
also when I'm home alone I'll talk to myself aloud sometimes. usually just comments when watching a movie or reading something on the net like 'OMG that was stupid' or 'holy crap that was hiliarious'
Yep, all the time. I used to have a secretary who did the same and sometimes when she was working in my office, we'd both be talking to ourselves. People used to wonder what we were talking about because our conversations never made any sense, but we weren't actually talking to each other, we were just talking to ourselves.
I comment to myself. I don't hold conversations with myself, but I do make comments on stuff. Most of the time it's in my head. I only make comments/speak to myself outloud when I'm alone.
On occasion, when I'm working on a PC it's easier to read the checklist outloud as I go through it, rather than just reading it in my head.
I do on occassion, but not when I'm in the presence of others. I'm especially loud when I'm all by myself in the car. I curse like a sailor due to the road rage, but I never do it anywhere/anytime else...
usually find my self jus swearing an saying the odd insult about other people or objects that have jus pissed me off, oh n when i ply CS i do when i shout at the screen, it kinda counts...im not talkin to anyone in particular and they have no idea anyway
