Poll: Do you support the individual state's remedies for Microsoft?

If the decision had to be made by the people as to whether Microsoft should face the harsher penalties proposed by the states, would you vote yes or no?

You want to find something more fubared that the Federal Government? Just look to State Governements like California,Texas, Nevada or Massachusetts. Hell here in Ca the State Government was just bent over by Oracle. Granted Oracle has become what they are by doing that to Federal and State Agencies for almost 15 years but none the less, you can't trust any level of Government to make an imformed and rational decision, especially regarding Consumer Products.

I could use a bit more feedback on this situation. Personally, I think that the states are pushing for too harsh of penalties.

Nope, all it does is pushes the other crap companies motives. Some things i.e internet explorer should be included with an operating system. We need somebody big enough to kick AOL's ass.
