website = less chance of a misunderstood order due to accent, crappy cellphone signal, etc

This. I've never had an online order that got screwed up.

1st time) Delivery guy yells at me for not answering doorbell via cell phone call. Then realizes he called the wrong guy. He was late because someone in Oakland didn't come to the door, so he came right to me.

The other guy ordered a pasta combo with breadsticks and soda. The delivery guy gave me all the Oakland guy's stuff instead of my solo pasta only. However, for this trick to work he made me call in and pretend I didn't have money so I couldn't deliver it. That way he could return my stuff claiming I didn't answer the door, but gave me the better deal. He returned less, I got more.

Shady, but whatever. He didn't give me change for a $20 so its like I paid for the whole thing anyway. I was gonna give him a slightly bigger tip anyway but I was a bit annoyed. But who doesn't want free breadsticks anyway?

2nd) I asked for Pepperoni + Mushrooms on my Pizza Hut and it came as Pepperoni. Too lazy to call and demand refund.

I still don't understand which one I'm supposed to pick if I prefer ordering online.

I HATE calling. I think I was spoiled by going to a college with dozens of places on campusfood.

I'm in the same boat there kermit :(

X3. Worst. Poll. Ever.

I always call. I've got the phone numbers memorized for my favorite pizza and Chinese places, so it's faster to call.

Am I the only one confused abotu how to answer the thread title, as worded, based on the poll options? Doesn't read like a yes/no question.

Online all the way. No being put on hold, no mistake on what you ordered unless you made the mistake, and its quicker at some times

Unfortunately, I had high hopes for Chipotle's on-line system, but every time I've ordered, I arrive and they haven't even started my food. They've told me I should call to verify the order, but that defeats the purpose of ordering on-line. So, I still hope for improvement.

And they still hope for you to grasp the insanity of doing things the same way every time while expecting different results.
