its kinda meh. would have to be in the right house. I would hate the bed, would always kick/run into the corner things. the rest of the pieces are pretty good looking though.

Not really my style. A little too glossy judging by the pics, and the bed is just WTF (weird headboard, exposed feet, etc).

It's alright.

Why is this in L&R?

I think the pieces look too similar to one another (though I guess that would be the point with getting a set). The room would look much nicer if you put a little extra work into it and bought things separately.

The dresser and other drawers look like a tool chest for a garage/shop. Maybe that's the point, but it looks weird in a bedroom.

'Cause anything to do with a bed is put in this forum?

OP, I don't like the vertical blind look of that set. Blinds should go on the window. :p

I couldn't quite put my finger on it, but you're right, it does look like some tool shop. The colour of the wood finish is too dark, drawers all look like tool chests and you would need a very nicely lit room.

It may be functional (chair backs!) but it's not stylish.

Platform beds are great though. Use a memory foam mattress on one.

I'll be more specific. When I bring a girl home, i want my room to be looking sharp...

i guess if you have brick walls, some kind of patterned carpet, a manhattan mid-town skylight and like to eat rice off bowls on the floor, then yes.

Since you're so obviously gay you should ask one of your gay friends to help you pick out a quality set for you room. Straight guys don't ask people about their furniture dude. Sorry if I offend. Gay people really do rock, embrace it.

I like it. It is modern yet does not look like you are "trying too hard" to be cool. Make sure the rest of your room lives up to the nice set.
