Usually forum upgrades are more hype than substance, same thing for new OS releases. I suppose I will end up liking this format better in the long run, but I wasn't displeased with the old format either. I agree with Rossman, I like how old pm's were grouped by user because it made following the conversation much easier.

Ah, we go through this every time there is a change though. Takes the crowd a couple weeks to adjust. I still think Mday boycotts the smileys change though (after the changes the first gen ones)

They're fine. I don't mind the new smileys and I get like 1 PM a month, so I don't really even remember what the PM interface was like. At least, not enough to be able to compare it to what it is now.
