If so, post pics. I just got some red LED fans and they added a nice new flavor to it. I also have three decals on my computer: Evil Inside, Quake III, and RtCW. I'm thinking about getting a cold red cathode to throw inside to have red light just pouring out of the little slits in my case. (No pics, sorry)

No, my case is cheap and doesn't have a window, so there is no sense in putting little colored things in there ;)

I don't have a window either, I was too afraid that it would break transporting it to LAN parties.

Wow. Rig #1 sounds nuts but #2 sounds like a pimp. Gold? Green, blue, purple? CHROME? Wow.

Ah yes, I have a thermometer/stat that controls my 4 fans. They're neat.

Lol.

No way I'm going to, I'll be getting an Antec Sonata, that thing would look the same with anything changed. Doh! Nothing will look the same.... but mods will make the Sonata look like crap. I might add some lighting inside to make the Antec punched out logo on each side light up.... but thats it. I might even get a fan controller for the already quiet fans which makes no sense but just to have them for no reason.... NO!

Heres what I was going to do:

DFI 875P Lan Party Pro with UV coloring
2x Blue UV Cold Cathodes
5x 24DB Quad LED Fans
Nice Grill for side fan

The case is here: http://www.newegg.com/app/Showimage.asp?image=11-125-222-01.JPG/11-125-222-02.JPG/11-125-222-03.JPG/11-125-222-05.JPG/11-125-222-04.JPG/11-125-222-06.JPG

Hmm... oh yeah, a Fan Controller on it, an old 1GB Western Digital hard drive (Cost $500 when my dad bought it back in the day) modded with clear glass on top with LEDs inside and clear caulk, all optical drives with glass on top and LEDS with clear caulking inside... ummmm, I think thats it.

I was going to do it but with all that stuff, it went $100 or $200 over my limit, oh yeah, all clear UV cables, and my dad pointed out a good thing that I'd probably get bored of it soon so instead the other case I liked and had my eye on was the Antec Sonata. I just ordered it today with the rest of my system!

i replaced the fan on my psu with a panaflo and grouped together all of the cables i could inside my computer with some of those crinkly hose things. and i spliced some power wires to power other fans. case is an chen ming (antec sx835), why mess with it?

i have the basic antec 1030 case. but its the chieftek aluminum version thats blue, with a big window on the side. and i modded it so i can throw a big arse 120mm panaflo into the front. as well, i have the whole rounded purdy cable thing going on. and all cables nicely wrapped. and a blue neon that goes to the beat :D

uhh in terms of internal mods, not as many as i would like. ive replaced the chipset heatsink with a big arse passive aluminum sink to reduce noise. uh. have tt active heatspreaders... thats about it.

for a tech forum there arent many with tricked out boxes... bleh!
