in the past my limbs have been known to involuntarily wrap around my ex-gf and start humping :)
I swear involuntarily

Also, when i was younger i used to wake up screaming with my calf muscles fully flexed/cramped. it hut like hell. fortunately, it only happened a handful of times.

Wow, you too huh? Always wondered what was up with that. Hasn't happened in quite a while, but man was that painful... wonder if there's a name for that too? Besides crazy :)

i've had that happen too. drink lots of water. It usually happened to me when I was training for cross country running.

My fiancee does that a lot when she's falling asleep. She says that it feels like she's falling, so she spazzes and tries to catch herself.

I wake up in a different posisition when I fall asleep, and I sometimes twitch right before I nod off, but AFAIK, no weird twitching WHILE I sleep.

yeah. Sometimes i will even lash out. there have been a few times i have struck my wife while asleep =(

One time I rolled over and poked my husband in the eye. But he has really large eyes so he was asking for it :p

yes im a "restless sleeper"

ive actually kicked the wall so hard that it hurt so much that ive woken myself up, there are scuff marks all over the wall from where i hit it, I have even put a dent in the plaster
