Will have DSL soon 1/256 from around the 12th May (available from then) :)
Can't wait.
Could get up to 2/256, but isn't worth the extra money.

I have InsightBB at my apt and my dad has SBC DSL at my house. It's getting extremely rare to go to a house without broadband.

Nope. I don't go online at home unless it is a necessity. I've got a dialup plan where the first 6 hours a month are free (and the next 14 are a one time $6.50 fee), and I rarely pay a monthy bill.

I do all my internet at school/work.

Me too. A screaming 21.6 Kbps. Even our phone lines suck.

Medicom cable 3000/256, had it for 4 or 5 years. @home was the original provider.

Adelphia Cable - Only took them a year to get it running more than half-a**ed. Works great now, 4k down/256 up WHEN it works.

No other choice here except Bellsouth DSL.

I finally moved to where it available, but I've got no use for it. All big stuff I download at work. At home I spend time with the family. I dont remember the last time I used the internet from my house.

Recently got it, before it was too expensive, then I found out that the price of roadrunner plus vonage was only 5 dollars more per month than cheap dialup + overpriced local telco + long distance calling cards

No I don't because the time that I use my computer I don't really need it, not to mention that right now we get free cable because they forgot to shut it off :) So if we called them out then they would know and that would suck

I'd like to switch to comcast, but I want a static IP, so I'm sticking with Netplex.

Nope. Personal chose. I have Internet access at work so why pay for it at home. I work on a computer all day so the last thing I want to do is sit in front of one when I get home. I would rather spend my time exercising or going out with friends. I also have a nice chunk of change that I can spend on other things.
