Wondering if the majority have arched feet and I'm a freak. I believe it's true that you can't be in the army with flat feet. Any others ?

If anything, I'd want a loophole to get into the army ... but there's no clause for "overcoming paranoid frightened fiancee" :p

Oh yes it does, I've had more injuires with cc and track than I can remember, back in High School. No problems doing it on my own, casually running.

yep..my roommate was a sprinter in track and he has flat feet. He finally had to quit after his sophmore year in college because the pain was just too much. He still can't run long distances...it hurts him too much.

my dad has flat feet...

i just have Plantar Fasciitis from wearing flat sandals too much... now i've got birkenstocks :)
