Nope, no need. Though I can just purchase a Firewire Card if i ever needed it. I do have USB 2.0 on my motherboard, and i'm sure the next motherboard I get will be equiped with Firewire.

I am the 1 person that voted that I have no clue. I have never needed it and don't care. I do, however, have 14 USB ports
