I was in the same boat as you guys as far as general stuff like that goes until I discovered the wonderful resource for the learning of all non-standard English vocabulary items, also known as the AnandTech Forums. 😉

Still, I don't know jack **** about this "gangsta" speak that is popular today, and don't really give a crap, either.

we need a spectrum of dirtiness

on one end you have people who are totally saints and sprinkle themselves with holy water when they think of mud

in the middle is a normal person who thinks of boobies and whatnot

at the other extreme is people who have rotten.com as their IE start page and spend hours dreaming up the absolute worst way to die
 
What's dirty? I don't deem many things as dirty, it's subjective, and when people deem things dirty it's usually just something they're afraid to confront.

So uh, basically, yeah 😛
