Boo this poll is undescriptive. I do have a Dell LCD, but not a computer. I still put no, just b/c it was slightly implied to say Dell computers.

Dell laptop (Inspiron 6000) that is mainly for school/work, though unfortunately at the moment I have to play my games on it too :(

I actually love it to bits and would buy a laptop from them again, never a desktop though.

I have a lappy and a pair of monitors from them. My desktop is self built. I also use one at work.

Four Dell Servers at work, 700m and 9100 at home. I don't like the 700m very much, but it was ridiculously cheap and works well enough. Everything else is fine.

i would never buy a dell pc (unless its cheap enough for ebay profit)

their laptop deals are too cheap to pass up, so i have that one (kinda hard to make laptops)

i bet if you changed the poll and divided up between pc and laptop it would be distributed towards lappys

I don't at the moment, but I've had as many as 3 myself, and members of my family that I don't live with own at least 6.

I use thier laptops, servers, and desktops at work. 2 of my 3 systems at home are Dell, and most people I know own one. If someone asks me to build them a PC I always send them to Dell, and makesure they pay for the extra support.

no but it's the easiest way to go these days with the new price of PCs. I recommended building your own when they were $1000+ retail... personal builds came out to ~$600.

I still remember when we bought an IBM Aptiva (P133) for $2700.

Edit: When there are deals like this...

Why the ****** not buy a Dell?

Very hot deal.

What do you think of the 2007FP vs 2007FPW?

Don't know. I can't get in on this deal.

Right now, Dell won't sell me so much as a screw. But I have too much money invested in some slow moving servers right now anyway.

But I like my 2001FP still. :D

And, I think I'd rather have a 4:3 than a WS. But I would like to TRY the WS.

THESE look interesting. And so does THIS.

Standard 3Yr warranty
XP Pro

That particular one has a 73GB 15k rpm hd and a scsi controller, also ECC memory.

Much better built system if you haven't seen them in person.

10 year old PPro 200 that runs my smoothwall. Or did until the 10 year old HD took a dump a few weeks ago.
