Yeah..before I cleaned up my act about 5 years ago...

No felonys thank God ...
But charges included
Possession of marijuana
possession of controlled substance intent to deliver ...got the intent to deliver knocked off.
Driving while licence invalid × 6
Failure to identify provide false info

Had a good lawyer...sat in county 180 days...actually did 120 for good behavior

Not proud of any of it...lets make that clear...I was an addicted piece of shit..I was doing way worse things that luckily I didn't get busted for.

you haven't been clean for 5 years,at least not according to your posts here, or were they all lies like everyone suspected?.

 IIRC, it was only about a year or so ago that he was on here bragging about overdosing on a fentanyl patch...

Nope , absolutely clean , not even a speeding ticket. Had to be to get government security clearances, they do the whole FBI, NSA talking to neighbors and friends routine.

I have a double-doctorate in Traffic School, but all from late-1980's/early-1990's.

You don't have to be squeaky clean, you just have to be honest with friends and neighbors backing you. Oh yeah, once you are given a clearance, you will be forever typecast by the agency that you work for. In other words, any agency in roughly the same line of business, won't touch you with a ten foot pole.

several felonies but over 20 years now no problems. It really sucks living with felonies on your record though.

wtf mom!? Get out of here!

A few years ago I went through a red light and a cop stopped me. Was a stupid move on my part, I was totally zoned out. Not sure if that would go on my criminal record or not though... but I did break the law, so technically it probably is on there. Guess as long as I don't need to apply for a job within 7 years or whatever time it stays there, I should be fine.
