i'm going to hold off on voting and answer "i don't know" for now b/c i don't know if it'll still show up on my record, but this might be the silliest reason for possibly having a criminal record...

...one night back in college a bunch of friends and i were at a club in downtown Orlando. when we left the club to head home, some of us had to use the restroom. we happened across some public restrooms in a back alley, but only the women's room was open for service...so i went in with a few of my girlfriends and relieved myself. on our way out the door, some cops were standing there waiting for me. apparently they saw me go into the women's room on security camera...fortunately they only fined me $100 or something (as opposed to arresting me). they also forbade me to go within 200 yards of that public restroom for 2 years LOL...obviously that's not a restraining order, as those can only be filed against people, not places, but you get my drift...

Excluding minor traffic violations, do you have a criminal record?
