I've gotten one in the past and I got one this year.

Cost me $7.50 and all I had to do was march down the hall to HR during the day and get stabbed in the arm. No big deal.

I haven't got one yet, but I do plan on it.

I didn't get one last year and ended up getting the Flu. So maybe getting one this year will lower my chances.
