I've never gotten one and don't plan on it. I've been sick once in the past many years that I can remember.
 
I've gotten one every year for the past 10 years with the exception of 2002 & sure enough that year I got sick!
 
I've gotten one in the past and I got one this year.

Cost me $7.50 and all I had to do was march down the hall to HR during the day and get stabbed in the arm. No big deal.

I know. What's the big deal? And it will lessen the chance that this crazy avian flu will start mutating.
 
I haven't got one yet, but I do plan on it.

I didn't get one last year and ended up getting the Flu. So maybe getting one this year will lower my chances.
