I forget everyone's names. I let people know as soon as I meet them if it seems like they may be somewhat important. Heck, 90% of the time I can't remember my girlfriend's name. That can get a little embarassing but she's getting used to it.

I can't remember names either. I make a joke of it when I first meet people too, so they don't feel so insulted when I really don't remember their name, and its a funny "nice to meet you" type conversation usually too, when there's nothing else to talk about.

Oh yeah, I am terrible at this. I have a good memory and can remember anything if I try to but never seem to try to remember when someone tells me their name.
