5-6 times per week. I commute to/from work by bike unless the weather is atrocious (about 8 miles each way) and usually do 3-4 longer rides per week on top of that. My long day is the Sunday "Airport Ride" (about 200 riders last week :Q ) that works out to 70-90 miles for me depending which ride option I take.

I'm going to start Pilates in the next week or so and will be doing some cycling-specific weight training 2-3 times per week from now until March or so.

I do a recumbent stationary at medium resistance 70 min a day and a rower for about 1/2 hr a day as well. Haven't counted cal's but the bike usually miles out at 12 miles up hill in 70 min.and the rower indicates about a mile...

I'm very ashamed to say this but I own a membership to 24 Hour Fitness and I do not use it. I've used it maybe three or four times since I bought it six months ago :(

I usually run 5 miles 5 days a week but not during the winter. So I lift and swim once a week during the winter.

Winter cold and rain (bay area) makes me lazy to go out.
Now at 153 lbs (was 150 lbs a couple weeks ago after 5 days in Death Valley).

Hit the gym at work every day (five days a week) and run on the weekends.
Lost 45 lbs about a year back and have never felt better (I'm 5'9", 150lbs).

Hockey once or twice a week, but I need to do it more exercising on my own. What can I say ? I'm just lazy unless there's a game to get up for.

Sh!t, you'd die if you lived in Boston! The coldest day in the Bay Area is like Spring here! -10 and I still hit the gym!

Nice. I've changed my target to 145lbs instead of 150lbs since I'm 5"8"

BTW, I used to live in Montana and the winter can get to -30F to -40F in every other year. But after a few years in bay area, all my jackets are in storage instead of closet.

Lack of sleep/being sick/studying I went down from 135 - 129 (in about 2 months) and I'm 5' 10". Just started back up this spring for Cancun 2004 . Currently I'm about 136 and goal before March is 145 - 150 (still a way to go).

Yes. I have been going to the gym the past three weeks and also have been eating right. It seems like it's working, I can fit into my old clothes which I couldn't before I feel a lot better. :)
