I'm shitfaced alone right now. I don't subscribe to the religion-fueled stigma that society places on random people. I have ~70 years here to enjoy myself, why waste it wagging fingers at people or walking on eggs around those who do? What's really sad is people with so little to do they feel better about themselves by putting others down and trying to control them.

Shouldn't that be > 3 beers? They way your poll is, the people that don't drink at all, or have less than 3 beers alone would answer this, and the people that have > 3 alone would answer no. Sounds like a trick question. 😕 Surely the results are inaccurate.

Where does this part fit in with the rest of the thread?

Is it bad to drink alone? No. (Although for me I really only have alcohol when I'm out with friends)

If it happens all the time it can be a red flag for other problems in which case the people who are close to you should be concerned (they shouldn't be pointing fingers though... rather they should try to be supportive if you need help).

I've never seen any "religious-fueled stigma" for drinking alone.
