Poll: Do you call it SODA, POP, or COKE? (am I missing any?)

So what do you guys call soda in your region? I'm from the East Coast, so it's SODA there. Here in Pittsburgh, I've heard people calling it POP. Down in Atlanta they call it COKE because Coca Cola is based there. Can't imagine it though,

customer: May I have a Coke please?
service: Yes, what kind would you like...
customer: Coke.

weird huh?

Are there any I'm missing?

Hahaha.. the dicusssion to conduse PhD students and people who are supposed to be intelligent.
I love these conversation.. I say coke just because thats what all my friends drink and whenever we have a choice we almost always name the drink by name or ask for a drink.

ohh and my favorite term is caffeine or sugar.. depending on what I need.

When I lived in Seattle, i called it pop. That was all i ever knew it to be. Then i moved to phoenix and was mocked for calling it such. Therefore, i was pressured from a long perstaining self esteem beatdown, and I took the 6 steps to transition. Successfully, it is now soda.
 
soda is the only way to go... i'm going to school in pittsburgh and people here call it pop. it's the weirdest thing ever. at first i was like, "huh?"
 
Here in TX, Dr. Pepper is coke, coke is coke, Diet coke is coke, Pepsi is Coke.... it's always a coke. It's a 2 step process.... we torture yanks who call it sodee pop or sodaaah....
 
usually i say Coke, just cause thats usually what i want,... every once in a while i'll be thinking enough to ask for the actual soda i want by name i.e. "gimme a Cactuc Cooler"...
 
Soda, I'm about a 1/2 hr outside of philadelphia, but we also have hoagies which most people call subs so what do I know.
 
Up here in Eugene, Oregon I call it ...uh...

pop! or maybe coke! not soda though. Only weird people call it soda 😉
 
Arizona, California, Washington, and pretty much any thing on that side of the world calls it SODA.

What the hell is "pop", back-asswards call it "pop".
 
dcdomain I've had many conversations with waitresses/waiters about 'what kind of Coke I would like'. But then again, I live in Atlanta, what did you expect.

I can't remember when I switched, because when I lived in Kansas, we called it pop.
