Well, he doesn't DENY it (like an innocent person would do) AND he has retained a lawyer.

You didn't say anything about his lack of response to the allegations . . . wouldn't you expect an innocent man (especially a blowhard like Rush) to at least DENY it and claim it is a smear.

Yup. Hell, maybe he's learning from martha stewart who, among other things, got criminally indicted for simply denying the charges against her related to the insider trading scandal.
