manual because nobody drives an auto where I live.

if you did your test with an auto you are only allowed to drive an auto

if you have a manual, you are allowed to drive both

3 on the tree <--- real manual

Now adays it's push the clutch in 2" and a throw so short you can blow it into gear 😛 (Yawn) 😉

Would like to learn to drive manual, but we got rid of all of our cars that had a manual transmission before I got my licence. So still haven't really learned, other than messing around in a friends car.

I have run into people who like wont drive a manual. They just dont get it. I think that if they dont have the brain power to be able to drive an automatic then they shouldnt be allowed to drive.

Drove a motorcycle before I ever drove a car, so I knew about the concept of a manual. Learned to drive a car with an automatic then borrowed a friend's VW Fox with a manual and learned in that thing. It was really easy coming from a motorcycle. I already had a feel for a clutch. I really miss a stick. I wish every vehicle would be offered with one. Normally you have to make a sacrifice, bigger engine or manual tranny.

I miss the 5 speed in my Wrangler ... I probably shouldn't have sold that one.

Fine then you don't deserve a hamburger unless you know how to kill a cow, gut pile it and butcher it
