Although all are good.. I wouldn't mind going to El Torito Grill again, or anything of the like.

What's American Food? Hamburgers? Steak to me is french - filet mignon.

Filet Mignon is only a certain cut of the cow. I would say steak cannot be categorized under a country because all countries use it.

hmmm ... Indian, Chineese, Thai, and Creole (I suppose that would count as Cajun) .. are among my favorites, as well as good old american (Steaks and Pork Chops just to name a few)
