Do you have any evidence/proof of what's going on? Can you testify against the dude?

I wouldn't bother with the media, unless you want to play games. If you can help out the prosecution, however, go for it.

It's already done, it was just kept from the scrutiny of the media till today.

Good. Another corrupt bureaucrat bites the dust. If convicted, I hope the bastard sits many years and then spends the rest of his life in financial ruin.... :|
