An apostrophe does not indicate plural, except when pluralizing numbers, single letters or abbreviations.

I'd also argue that the apostrophe is slowly falling out of use for pluralizing letters and abbreviations, as well as dates. I don't use it for writing stuff like "the 1960s", "LEDs", or "As and Bs".

At least in Britain. It's hanging on here in the US, but it's one of those American punctuation conventions I just don't agree with.
