Poll: Coffee mutha f!#$er

Been trying to cut down on the amount of coffee that I consume. I'm down to about a cup every other day which is okay, i suspose.

Anyway, how much coffee do you drink, and if you drink a cup of two before work where do you get it?

Personally, I buy a cup of coffee from starbucks (white chocolate mocha) if i'm not running late or else i'll settle for my special break room brew. 25 percent creamer, 75 percent coffee, all good.

i like coffee, and i even take it black (i'm wierd i guess), but of course don't mind cream and sugar. I am confused by the people who are 'self proclaimed coffee experts/addicts/lovar's' yet are totally revolted when i take my coffee with just some light sugar, or black. It's my preference for one, and you're the coffee lovar/expert. pfffbt.

yep... I have about a half cup before heading to work, and then choke down the sludge they have there... somedays are more tolerable then others..

A little over a quart (three big cups) every morning. If I go without, I get headaches, and I'm more or less useless for the day.

I drink generally 4 espresso shots a day. I have two in the morning, and two in the afternoon. I don't really drink drip coffee anymore.
