"Clean food only."

"May I advise against the clam chowder for the lady, then?"

"Fine, no clam chowder."

I didn't even know there was a 'Manhattan' clam chowder. :confused: What do they serve at most places in SoCal? The stuff I get is always the same... I am assuming that it's closer to New England style...

manhattan = red
new england = white.

Im amazed at how many prefer new england. I've always ate both, but I think I like manhattan a touch better.

Where the f are the recipes. I want to make clam chowder from raw ingredients encluding them big clams they got in the store sometimes that shut when you tap them.

What exactly makes Manhattan chowder better than NE?

Can you describe the taste, texture, flavah, aroma?
