I like both. Fried chicken is better with bones. Baked is better without bones. BBQ is bones only. Grilled is better boneless. Your pole is too short.

If you ate chicken from somewhere else (which is to say, chicken that is not terrible), you might find yourself eating more of it.

nothing wrong with a nice pan-seared boneless breast, of course. But bone in meat always adds flavor.

Seeing as how Fried Chicken is perhaps the greatest creation of man, and how it must be on the bone to be proper, I voted bone. And yes, that is indeed a proper noun
