I just installed a Yamaha CRW3200EZ and the drive is very impressive. Mt Ranier Recording under Windows XP works flawlessly. The DAE is perfect, reaching 40X sustained on the outer tracks. The drive is VERY quiet when browsing a CD unlike my Pioneer DVD 106S that sounds like a jet engine all the time! The drive also has a cool blue activity LED. The only drawback it the faceplate is "platinum white" instead of the usual pc beige so it kind of sticks out. Not that it really matters with an Aluminum case!
