I hate cats! We have one of each and would keep my dog over my cat any day of the week. All my cat does is rub up against everything (leaving fur everywhere!) and sleep. Ohhhh yah, I almost forgot about that damn litter box!

WOOF!

Its hard to say, but which one i would want would depend on the mood im in
dogs are more active and fun, while cats are more laid back.

but realistically i couldnt have either, because im allergic to them :)

I forgot where I heard this but...

The difference between a cat and a dog is that if you shrunk down to 3 inches tall, a dog would still obey you. A cat would play with you a bit then eat you.

definately dogs... :)

I'll take a dog any day. Cats are smelly, annoying, & make a mess.

Dogs are MUCH more pleasant to have around.

(Only the little tiny long haired Chihuahuas, though. Big dogs are as bad as cats.)

Cats rule! They don't chew up your shoes nor sh1t all over your yard. Nor do they slobber on you. My cat just sits on my lap and watches me when I work on the computer. I have three cats... only one chose me as their human (Betty).

Pictures of Betty.

I love cats, wanna exchange recipes.

There's more than one way to skin a cat, and they're all fun.

Cat's are unfriendly, evil little demon creatures. Besides I'm aslo allergic to them. Cats won't let you play with them. I want an animal that will wrestle with you and play rough. I also like walking dogs (good way to pick up chics). I'm a dog person all the way. Unfotunately I don't have one right now. My parents don't want any pets and they won't keep one for me while I'm in college.

DOG

My wife has 2 cats, the Female she has is cool she's kinda older and mellowed out. The Male on the other hand thinks he's all that, he gets into drawers and the closets. He has that I'm a cat and do what I want thing going.

I like my Dog (85lb Golden Retriever) He listens VERY well, I have him completly trained by Finger snaps and Hand gestures. The breeder I got him from raised the puppies in a heated barn, and as part of that I picked him up at 3 month's old. With him spending 1st month's outside he had no need to even be house broken.

When the meter man comes in the back yard he barks, the cats..... well, Yeh right :)

Definately a dog person. I love my german shepherd. Cats are a no-no, especially the ones in our neighborhood that annoy the crap out of our dog. At least our dog does something useful like protects our house and he is fun as hell to play with.

Dog, without a doubt. Not too huge, though.

I don't dislike cats, but dogs are more fun to play with and they are more affectionate.
