its okay but peanut butter crunch is better plus if you combine with crunch berries its even better
 
If there was a poll, I would vote in favor of Cap'n Crunch.

The only thing better than Cap'n Crunch is Crunch Berries.

Not the worst cereal I ever tasted, but I wouldn't pay more than $0 to eat it. I can do Fruity Pebbles, and Frosted Flakes as shown above, but Cocoa is my preferred Pebbles cereal.

It seems to be all over the internet, though, if this thread is to be believed.

It does help if you let it soak for a few minutes and you get the added benefit of the sugary milk at the end.

How much do you eat? I seldom eat less than 3 bowls of all but the heaviest cereals, and the Cap'n shreds my mouth before I'm finished. One bowl is no problem, but more than that does damage.
 
I met Cap'n Crunch once (the old school phone phreaker/hacker) back in the early 90s. He was one of the worst-smelling human beings I've had the pleasure of meeting, but it was really when he asked me to join him in some "stretching exercises" that I began to retch.

It's probably been ~10 or 11 years since I've had a bowl of Cap'n crunch. (Dining Hall freshman year in college.)
 
I've never experienced any discomfort while eating Cap'n Crunch

Why are you people chewing with the roof of your mouth?
